SWSi joins forces with Liverpool City Council SWSi has set the tone for Liverpool’s future growth, community cohesion, workforce skilling and economic development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Liverpool City Council. The Memorandum sets out the intention of the parties to establish a strategic alliance for working together into the future and builds on the existing strengths and collaborative activities of the organisations to identify new economic development initiatives for the Liverpool community.
