SWSi joins forces with Liverpool City Council SWSi has set the tone for Liverpool’s future growth, community cohesion, workforce skilling and economic development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Liverpool City Council. The Memorandum sets out the intention of the parties to establish a strategic alliance for working together into the future and builds on the existing strengths and collaborative activities of the organisations to identify new economic development initiatives for the Liverpool community. The Council welcomed the collaboration as a way to help create jobs and improve the quality of life for the Liverpool community.
